A PHILANTHROPIC ORGANIZATION
The Alliance Foundation, FONDAL for short, is a philanthropic organization created on November 18, 2005, in Kinshasa, capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for an indefinite period.
With its Statutes and Internal Regulations and in keeping with the spirit of its Statutes, the Alliance Foundation is a public, humanitarian, health and social organization working in the DRC. It is linked to the Congolese Government by a Convention signed on May 9, 2009 and December 30, 2009 and has operating licenses from the Ministries of Social Affairs, Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity and Public Health and finally on June 28, 2011, the personality Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
The Alliance Foundation operates in the territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo; if he lives abroad.
As beneficiaries in urban, peru-urban or rural areas, the activities of our Foundation according to our different areas of intervention benefit people affected by natural calamities, epidemics and pandemics, therefore to people or populations in distress on the health plan and humanitarian. And this without discrimination of sex, ethnicity or tribe, race, religion, profession. Priority is given to women and children for the sake of providing assistance to these two categories of vulnerable people.
The resources of the Foundation consist of:
- The possible contributions of the members;
- Subsidies from the state and/or foreign states;
- Donations, bequests and grants from natural or legal persons, national or international organizations;
- Other miscellaneous income.
